Character 1- Elise is a 28 year old woman about 5’5 ft tall with big round almond colored eyes, dark circles inherited from her grandmother, with a smile described as beautiful but she fails to see this herself as she is self conscious. She has blonde curly hair about shoulder length, a body described as athletic, and voluptuous but not exaggerated. Often described as sweet, and bright “was that their way of saying not stupid but not smart either?”. Outspoken once she feels comfortable within the group.
She has the regular 9-5, monday through friday job answering calls and emails from clients in this case doctors and admins. Sometimes she wonders how did they get this far in life when she gets the most mind blowing call/request! She isn’t unhappy but she knows it is not a job that she would like for the rest of her life. Elise has aspirations like to own an apartment, and a coffee shop (location is still tbd). But is aware that she is not making the right financial decisions, she guilts herself for not taking the initiative to save, and for buying clothes on clearance for as cheap as it may be, it adds up. She doesn’t think twice when shopping but for other decisions that may be beneficial in the long run, she thinks about longer than she should.
After work, she goes to the gym and works out on the elliptical machine for about thirty minutes. She selects her favorite music app, dj-lobo and plays her favorite genre- merengue tipico. Once she is done with the workout, she checks herself out in the mirror, looking at her body, feeling good because she chose to go to the gym, but hoping for different results when she doesn’t eat 100% healthy. Once she is done talking to herself in self admiration but not really believing herself, she collects her bag from the locker, heads downstairs, looks at the girl on the elliptical and admire her physique and dedication, she then looks at the staff smiling and says good night. Walking home, she looks up in search of the moon, sees the carsand the street lights. This makes her smile and be grateful for being alive and having a family. During the walk home, she is already thinking about what kind of chaos the house will be in with her sister and two kids, and how stressed her mom must be feeling. Her mom is a neat freak and her youngest daughter the complete opposite. In the living room lies the mess of action figures and kitchen toys, headphones, ipads playing loudly which no one is using it, and their clothes and shoes are on the floor and couch. Elise thinks “well so much for working out and de stressing!”.
Character 2- Antonio is 6ft tall, slender looking but toned, big dark brown eyes, with a smile that lights up a room, and a dimple on his right cheek. He wants to invest in stocks in hopes of hitting it big and just live off the winnings for the rest of his life. He is a police officer at night which doesn’t really allow much time to study and invest. His voice is of a smart, intellectual, sarcastic arse (I know, sort of contradicting). The type of person you sort of dislike but love at the same time.
